System re-install
In severe circumstances, the PC is backed up and then wiped. The operating system is then re-installed, drivers installed, all Windows Updates carried out, original software (Microsoft Office etc.) re-installed. Finally the data is restored.

In many cases a site visit is not necessary, we can even remotely assist you in resolving your PC problems.
